SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment processing time for all orders are processed within 3-7 working days. This is in addition to the production time. We work with the best possible shipping providers but their delivery times are out of our control so can only give estimates.
State whether or not shipments or deliveries occur on weekends or holidays. Communicate what the customer should expect if your company is experiencing a high volume of orders, and if they should expect any delays. Let them know how you will communicate these changes.Â

Nastee is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES
Nastee is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
