What is the delivery time for Shipping?
Paying for Express Shipping will speed up your delivery time, however it does not influence the production time. Please understand that our products are handmade and made to order. Standard production time is 3-7 business days before your order is shipped out. For more information, please head to our Production & Shipping page.
When will I receive my Tracking Number?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way. This will include your tracking number. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, your order is most likely still in the production phase. If you have not received any updates after 7 business days, please contact us.
Why does my tracking number say my order has not left the fulfillment center?
We use USPS for some of our order fulfillment. For international orders sometime their tracking service does not update the location of the package. Do not worry, the package is still on its way. Please reach out to use if you have not received your order with 15 business days and we can also inquire with USPS on our end.
Can I send back an item and exchange it for a different size?
Currently we are not accepting any exchanges or returns due to health and safety. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect please email us to discuss a replacement or refund :)
