Exchanges & Returns

OUR POLICY:

From date of delivery, you have 14 days to return or exchange items in your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn & in it's original condition. 

We will only replace/cover postage costs for items that are incorrect, damaged or defective. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

Please contact us before returning any items, so that we can discuss the details of the process & exactly where to send your items back to.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn & in the same condition that you received it. All returned items are inspected & must be approved for a refund. Approved refunds are immediately processed. 

Please understand that refunds are not always guaranteed & we are not liable for any re-shipping costs for rejected refunds. This will only ever occur if you have returned an item that is clearly not in its original condition. Our team thrives on supporting & providing customers with the best service possible. In return, we simply ask that our policies & guidelines be respected.

EXCHANGES:

Please contact us before exchanging any items, so that we can discuss the details of the process & exactly where to send your items back to.

If you are exchanging an item (because you changed your mind, picked the wrong size, colour, etc...) you will be responsible for:

  • Returning your items to us 
  • Paying a $5 production fee for your exchanged items
  • Paying for postage of your new items

SALE ITEMS:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sale items.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Your order will include a care instructions card. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been damaged due to lack of following the care instructions provided.
