Production time:

Please understand our products are hand made & made to order. Before your order is posted, standard production time is 2-5 business days. 

In addition to the production time, these are the shipping times provided from our shipping partners on how long it will take them to deliver you order once picked up from our facility.

Domestic Shipping (USA):

Express Post: 2-4 business days

Regular Post: 4-10 business days

International Shipping (AUS):

Regular Post: 6-21 business days

*These times will change depending where your delivery address is. Major cities will have faster shipping times than rural areas.

Tracking: 

All postage satchels have individual tracking numbers. Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been posted. 

If you have not received an email with your tracking number, please contact us for assistance.

USPS shipments for international orders are not always 100% accurate on the location of your package as it changes carrier as it leaves the US.

Incorrect Address:

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If you have accidentally provided the wrong address, your parcel may end up in the wrong hands or returned to our office.

If it is returned to us, we will contact you and let you know. You will be responsible for paying a second postage cost to have your order re-sent to the correct address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have provided the wrong address, as we may still be able to fix it before posting!
