What is the Delivery Time for Express Shipping?

Although paying for Express Shipping will speed up delivery time, it does not influence the production time. Please understand that our products are handmade and made to order. Standard production time is 3-7 business days before your order is shipped out. For more information, please head to our Production & Shipping page. 

When will I receive my Tracking Number?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way. This will include your tracking number. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, your order is most likely still in the production phase. If you have not received any updates after 7 business days, please contact us. 

Can I send back an Unworn Item and Exchange it for a Different Size?

Yes! Due to our items being hand made and made to order, we just charge a $7 exchange fee per item and you will have to repurchase a shipping satchel for us to send your item/s back in. To avoid sizing issues, please carefully select your size using the measurement table at the bottom of each product page.
