How Long Will My Order Take If I Pay Express Post? 

Express Postage does not influence production time. Please understand that our products are handmade and made to order. Standard production time is 3-5 business days (or 3-7 for weekend orders). For more information, please head to our Production & Shipping page. 

What If I Provided The Wrong Shipping Address?

If you have made a mistake typing in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Hopefully it has not been posted yet so we can correct it for you! If your order has already been posted with the incorrect shipping details, Australia Post will return the parcel to us. Once received, we will require another postage fee to be able to re-ship the parcel back out to you.

When Will I Receive My Tracking Number?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way. This will include your tracking number. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, your order is most likely still in the production phase, being handmade. If you have not received any updates after 5 business days, please contact us. For more information, please head to our Production & Shipping page. 

Can I Exchange An Item For Another Size?

Of course! So long as the items are undamaged and in their original condition. You will be responsible for posting the item back to us, paying a $5 re-production fee and also paying for your item to be posted back to you. If you are exchanging only one item, you may want to consider just repurchasing, to save yourself time and money.

Can I Purchase An Item That Is No Longer On Your Website? 

Limited Edition and Limited Stock Items can be very popular and sell out quickly. If an item is no longer on our website at all, it may have been a Limited Edition Item (eg: Unhealthy Harold, Loooser and Big Lame). Unfortunately these are no longer available for purchase or custom design. If an item is still available for viewing but has sold out, it will most likely be back in stock and available to purchase again shortly. Please feel free to contact our team if you have any further questions.
